akira 565ecf5d8b feat: Add unix group support for XML-RPC server socket permissions

- Introduced `unixgroup` configuration for XML-RPC in
  `revpipyload.conf`.
- Updated `UnixStreamXMLRPCServer` to set socket group ownership and
  permissions.
